Do You Accept Returns

We accept returns on NEW items ONLY. We do not accept returns on pre-owned, sale items or earrings - so please check to ensure that your item can be returned before you make your purchase.

Please return the original merchandise unworn, within 30 days of the original order date. Unless we made an error in processing your shipment, you are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Please include a copy of your order inside the return package along with the item(s) you are returning. A refund will be given ONLY if the item(s) are unworn and is in its original condition and have the original tags.

Do You Offer Exchanges?

We do not currently offer exchanges but we accept returns. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original merchandise unworn, within 30 days of the original order date, and place a new order. You are responsible for return shipping and you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item.
